Client acquisition channel – targeted advertising on Facebook/Instagram + lead generation

KEY DETAILS:

  • Niche – Premium corporate gift sets
  • Product – Gift sets with chocolate, wine, company branding, and custom packaging
  • Landing pages – a dedicated B2B landing page + a “corporate gifts” section on the website
  • USP – Premium sets with custom company branding, minimum order of 50 sets
  • Budget – $920 for the first 6 weeks leading up to the holiday season

MAIN OBJECTIVES:

  • Attract B2B clients with a corporate gifting budget
  • Generate leads with specific requests: number of sets, budget, deadlines
  • Build a funnel: ad → lead form → call/meeting → contract

WHAT WAS DONE?

  • Analyzed the corporate gift market in Switzerland: positioning around “premium” quality, pricing, packaging, and national symbols.
  • Defined the target audience: HR directors, office managers, small and medium-sized business owners, and event agencies.
  • Set up targeting by:
    • job titles;
    • interests (HR, corporate events, business);
    • retargeting of landing page visitors from the last 180 days.
  • Developed the offer:
    • “Corporate gift sets from 50 pcs. with your logo”;
    • “We'll show you a sample within 48 hours”;
    • “Full-service support: from packaging to office delivery”.
  • Built a Meta lead form with qualifying questions:
    • company;
    • approximate number of sets;
    • budget per gift;
    • deadlines.
  • Prepared the creatives:
    • photos of finished premium sets;
    • mockups with company logos;
    • a short “unboxing” video of a corporate gift.
  • Launched 2 main campaigns:
    • lead generation (Lead Form) for a cold audience;
    • retargeting of people who visited the website but didn't submit a request.

WHAT WORKED AND WHAT DIDN'T?

  • Lead forms with extra questions generated fewer submissions but far better lead quality – the sales team spent less time on “cold” contacts.
  • The best-performing creatives showed a finished set in an office setting with the company logo.
  • Overly “creative” visuals with lots of decoration lowered the CTR – the audience responded better to a clean, minimalist style.

RESULTS IN 6 WEEKS:

  • 47 qualified leads (with the number of sets and budget specified)
  • CPL – $12.40
  • Closed 11 deals ranging from $400 to $1,600 each, with a total order volume of around $8,200
  • The client continued the partnership and allocated a larger budget for the next season
